Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience working in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong ability to assess changing patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Effective collaborator with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members

Schedule:

• Contract basis with variable shifts (days, nights, or rotating as needed)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform frequent and focused assessments on critically ill patients
• Provide expert-level administration of medications, treatments, and ventilator management
• Respond rapidly and efficiently to emergencies in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately document changes in patient status and report findings to interdisciplinary team
• Support and educate patients families, offering guidance and reassurance during challenging situations
• Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and facility policies
