Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week, guaranteed
- 13-week assignment
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and focus under pressure
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, evidence-based patient care to critically ill adults
- Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and advanced interventions
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
- Document all care accurately in electronic medical records
- Participate in case reviews and safety initiatives
