This specialized ICU nursing assignment promises exposure to modern clinical practices and the chance to collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals. The professional growth gained from cross-training in adjacent units such as PCU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry will greatly expand your skill set.
Schedule/Hours:
- Day and Night shifts available
- 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00)
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota RN license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required on submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Willingness to float to PCU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity critical care in ICU settings
- Adapt quickly to patient needs and changing care protocols
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and unit leaders
- Flex as needed to PCU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units
