Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM shifts
- Every weekend required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement effective care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RN license with ICU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work long shifts and weekends as required
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
