Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts, day schedule

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process in an ICU setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with families and the healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education tailored to readiness and developmental level
• Utilize evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
• Engage in multidisciplinary care planning and performance improvement initiatives
• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive hospital environment
• Consult with resources for complex patient needs and participate in discharge planning

$1,727 - $1,889/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
