Schedule/Hours:
- Days: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 3x12-hour shifts/week
- Occasional call required
- May float to Stepdown unit
Qualifications:
- Active RN Licensure (required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- A minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Critical care expertise vital
- Must reside over 50 miles from facility
- Permanent home address and SS# required upon submission
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to ICU patients in a 27-bed unit
- Maintain safe patient ratios (2:1 or 3-4:1) and adapt to the dynamic needs of critical and stepdown patients
- Utilize MEDHOST EMR for all documentation and patient records
- Adhere to strict facility protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and privacy
- Demonstrate flexibility by floating to Stepdown as needed
- Wear navy scrubs as specified by facility guidelines
