Schedule/Hours:

• 7PM 7AM
• Full Time
• Every other weekend required
• No call
• No floating
• No blocked scheduling

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• One year of critical care nursing experience preferred (new graduates considered)
• Flexibility to attend New Nurses Orientation and complete all competency validations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Provide complex care and address psychological, emotional, and cultural needs
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness and side effects
• Document patient history, symptoms, and care interventions
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers based on assessed learning needs
• Delegate tasks appropriately to manage clinical situations efficiently
