Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in an ICU environment required
• Proficient in critical care skills, including ventilator management, invasive monitoring, and emergency response
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a secure, healing environment
• Participate actively in shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
