As a registered nurse in a critical care setting, youll deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients, upholding the highest standards throughout the nursing process. This role requires adept supervision and direction of assigned nursing staff, while fostering close, effective collaboration with other healthcare disciplines. You'll exercise critical thinking, apply your professional judgment, and further develop your leadership abilities as you manage patients experiencing shock, trauma, or other life-threatening conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license
- Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent critical care assessment and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, monitoring, and nursing care for critically ill medical, surgical, and cardiac patients
