Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic intensive care setting as an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in ICU. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for critically ill patients while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status while recognizing changes or complications
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment and monitoring devices
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and recovery
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Uphold strict safety and infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation
