Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
• Proficient in managing ventilators, critical drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Strong ability to handle emergencies and multitask in high-pressure situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care and monitoring for critically ill patients in the ICU
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical teams
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and utilize advanced monitoring tools
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changes in patient status
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Support patients families, providing education and emotional guidance as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
