Skills & Experience:

  • Current RN license (NY state or compact)
  • Minimum one year of recent ICU experience
  • Proficiency with ventilator management, titration of critical drips, and multi-system care
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
  • ACLS and BLS certifications (required)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor, assess, and document vitals and patient status
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and therapies according to protocols
  • Educate patients and families on procedures and care processes
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control policies
