Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
• Proven experience working in ICU settings, with expertise in managing complex, unstable patients
• Proficiency with ventilators, life support systems, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional critical-thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for critically ill patients in accordance with physician orders and best-practice guidelines
• Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV infusions
• Coordinate care transitions and communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status, providing immediate intervention and facilitating emergency protocols when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within electronic health systems
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
