Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Monitor and interpret patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations using expert clinical judgment
- Educate patients and families on condition, recovery, and ongoing care needs
- Ensure meticulous documentation in line with hospital protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
