Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, respond to rapid changes in patient status, and execute emergency measures as needed
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to implement patient-specific care plans
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all care provided
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care needs and post-ICU recovery
