Work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-acuity support and deliver compassionate nursing for patients requiring ICU-level attention.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Manage advanced life support equipment, including ventilators, infusion devices, and hemodynamic monitors.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other nurses as part of a dedicated critical care team.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and proactively adjust care plans for optimal recovery.
• Provide emotional support to families and update them regularly on patient conditions.
• Adhere strictly to evidence-based clinical protocols, patient safety guidelines, and hospital policies.

Key qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Recent ICU experience and proven ability to manage critically ill adult patients.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain composed and decisive in rapidly changing situations.
