Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and modern ICU equipment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs and responding rapidly to changes in condition
• Perform complex assessments, execute doctors orders, and administer medications/therapies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other nurses to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in emergency situations, code response, and ICU protocols as needed
