Bring your critical care expertise and commitment to patient-centered care to a dynamic Intensive Care Unit. As an RN with ICU experience, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality treatment and compassionate support to patients with diverse, complex conditions.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license with unrestricted status
• Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience
• Advanced knowledge of critical care practices, including ventilator management and cardiac monitoring
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and prioritization skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess ICU patients, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care plans
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
• Educate and support patients families, providing clear updates regarding care and progress
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety standards at all times
