Schedule/Hours
- 13-week contract
- Start dates: 5/4 or 5/18
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts (7p7a)
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage

If called upon, you may provide invaluable support as House Supervisor, with leadership guidance always available.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in IL
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum two years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience
- EPIC charting proficiency required
- Strong adaptability, resilience, and collaborative spirit
- Willingness to float as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting
- Monitor, assess, and record vital information using EPIC
- Serve as a resource for staff if covering as House Supervisor
- Maintain rigorous attention to patient safety, standards, and compliance
- Participate in required floating to adjacent departments (with orientation provided when needed)
