Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Intensive Care Unit (ICU) expertise to support patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This contract role requires a dedicated RN skilled in critical care to provide exceptional nursing services during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement physician orders effectively
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking to assess patient status and respond to emergencies promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and care interventions

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and valid RN license
Proven experience in an Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule reliably
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
