Schedule:
- Night shifts, 6:30 p.m. 6:30 a.m.
- 13-week assignment
- Floating to ER & Med Surg departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum two years of ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent ER and Med Surg experience essential
- TNCC certification preferred
- Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive critical care for diverse patient populations in the ICU
- Float as needed to the Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, following best practices for optimal patient outcomes
- Efficiently manage and titrate IV drips, administer medications, and ensure high standards of patient safety and comfort
