Role Details
- Schedule: Nights, 6:30 p.m. 6:30 a.m., 13-week duration
- Opportunity for professional growth through collaboration with teams in ICU, ER, and Med Surg units
Qualifications
- Active RN license, with at least 2 years recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- ER and Medical-Surgical experience
- Comfortable with unit floating to ER and Med Surg
- Proficient in ventilator management, titration of drips, and mixing medications
- Patient hygiene support experience strongly preferred
- TNCC certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive RN-level care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Float between the ICU, ER, and Med Surg departments as needed
- Provide hands-on patient care, including managing vents, titratable drips, and assisting with hygiene
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain high standards for documentation and safety protocols
