Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in the ICU setting
- Assess patient conditions and rapidly respond to changes in acuity
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Facilitate recovery and provide support to patients' families
- Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
