As a traveling RN in the ICU, you will expand your clinical expertise by working alongside skilled professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Includes weekends and holidays
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Minimum of 1 year prior travel nursing experience
- Current certifications as required (BLS, ACLS)
- Exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Monitor, assess, and document complex patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate treatment plans
- Advocate for patients and families, providing education and emotional support
