An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with critical care expertise to provide exceptional patient care within an Intensive Care Unit setting. This role offers a balanced 36-hour workweek with a 50/50 split between day and night shifts, scheduled every other weekend and holiday, providing both consistency and variety in your routine.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity patient environments with professionalism and compassion
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Contract Type:
- Contract assignment with potential opportunities for extension
