Key Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in an ICU setting
• Adept at responding swiftly to emergencies and making sound clinical decisions
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with advanced life-support equipment and interventions
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; specific scheduling details to be discussed during the interview process

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care for critically ill or injured patients
• Perform ongoing patient assessment and monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and revise care plans
• Skillfully administer medications, IVs, and other treatments
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient status and interventions
