- Travel/Contract assignment
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU
- Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS
- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non-ICU
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric cardiovascular ICU and stepdown patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate complex care plans
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient status, utilizing advanced clinical skills
- Educate families with compassion and clarity during the care process
