Provide critical care nursing in an acuity adaptable unit, delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your ICU expertise while adapting to a variety of clinical needs, including specialty procedures and equipment management.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in an acuity adaptable unit, supporting both ICU-level and step-down care as needed
- Manage advanced life support equipment, including CRRT, balloon pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheters (experience preferred)
- Demonstrate competency in sheath pulls and other specialized nursing procedures
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and communication
- Float onsite or to satellite locations within a 40-mile radius to meet staffing needs while maintaining competence within the nursing skill set
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with ICU clinical background required
- Proven proficiency with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
- Experience with balloon pumps and Swan-Ganz catheter management is a strong plus
- Skilled in sheath pulls and other specialized procedures
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
