As a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care, youll have the chance to work within a dynamic acute care setting. Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with applicable state eligibility
- At least 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience
- Minimum 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments
- Outstanding clinical judgment and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled and compassionate care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Prioritize patient safety and infection control best practices
- Document and communicate patient status changes promptly and accurately
- Support and educate patients and their families throughout the care process
