Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/night rotating shifts
- Weekends and holidays required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
- Proficient with electronic health records and modern healthcare technologies
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on patient assessments, treatment planning, and evaluation
- Monitor, document, and report patient status and vital signs with precision
- Administer medications, perform complex assessments, and operate advanced life-support equipment
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and ongoing support
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards
