Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with specialized skills in ICU care for a contract opportunity. This role requires adaptability and the ability to provide critical support to patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Rotating day and night shifts (approximately 50/50 split)
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of travel nurse experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, adhering to evidence-based guidelines
• Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and progress
• Administer medications and manage complex therapies as ordered
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families
• Support unit safety initiatives and participate in ongoing quality improvement
