As a travel RN in a high-acuity ICU setting, youll play a vital role, working straight night shifts in one of the countrys most prestigious environments. This assignment will allow you to expand your professional network, refine your specialty skills, and gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Straight night shifts
- Every other holiday required
- Every other weekend required
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- At least 1 year of successful previous travel nursing assignments
- Proven ability to thrive in critical care environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill adult patients
- Monitor patient status and promptly respond to changes
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
