Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/Night rotating shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required

Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Surgical ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Passion for adapting to new environments and working collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care in a cardiac surgical ICU
- Regularly assess and report patient status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal outcomes
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols and facility policies
- Document interventions and maintain accurate electronic medical records
