Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/night rotating shifts
- Weekends and holidays required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Excellent critical care skills and adaptability in dynamic settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals within the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex medical equipment
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records in high-pressure environments
