Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating days/nights
- Includes weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and electronic records systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patient status, responding effectively to rapidly changing situations
- Document care precisely and participate in shift reports and patient rounds
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care
