Provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced, acute care setting requiring specialized nursing skills and quick decision-making. This role offers a unique balance with an equal split between day and night shifts, providing variety and experience in different care environments.

Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Every other week (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotation
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to varying shift patterns and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene appropriately to maintain optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care plans
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies to ensure patient safety
