Schedule & Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to deliver patient-focused, compassionate care in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and support critically ill patients in the ICU
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform necessary interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document assessments, care plans, and patient responses accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Stay compliant with hospital and unit protocols
