Qualifications and Skills:
- Current, active RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Proficient in assessment and documentation of patient conditions
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused during emergencies
- Experience with ventilators, IV drip titration, and advanced cardiac monitoring
Schedule:
- Shifts and scheduling details to be provided during interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and care for critical care patients
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, titrate IV drips, and manage life-support equipment
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Uphold hospital infection control and safety protocols
