• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation according to hospital policies
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license
• Proven experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to quickly assess situations and act decisively
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments
