Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level nursing care in the ICU setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with standards
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, fostering teamwork and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Utilize strong critical thinking and nursing judgment in all care decisions
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in California
- Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience (recent experience strongly preferred)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proficient in the nursing process with strong critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is an asset
