You will play an integral role in coordinating and delivering nursing care to patients in the ICU, following established standards and the nursing process. Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license (CA)
- Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary care teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, coordinated care to assigned ICU patients
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
