Schedule:

• Travel position; flexible scheduling dependent on assignment
• Expect full-time shift rotations and potential for overtime

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license valid in California
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience (preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong critical thinking, effective communication, and meticulous attention to patient safety
• Experience in caring for critically ill non-surgical patients

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level nursing care, monitoring and intervening in rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans
• Utilize state-of-the-art monitoring and life-support equipment
• Document assessments, medication administration, and interventions with accuracy
• Educate patients and families, providing compassionate support during challenging circumstances
