Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient status
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, manage complex medical equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery processes
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and nursing standards
Schedule:
- Contract position

Qualifications and Skills:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage stress and adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Proven record of delivering safe, high-quality patient care
