Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient status
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, manage complex medical equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery processes
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and nursing standards

Schedule:

• Contract position

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage stress and adapt to frequently changing priorities
• Proven record of delivering safe, high-quality patient care
