Schedule & Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- 0645 pm 0715 am shifts
- Weekend shifts required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Compact licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience essential
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS-AHA) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS-AHA) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Ability to float across all 3 campuses required
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, initiate necessary interventions, and document care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to lead and coordinate patient care plans
- Float between campuses as assigned, adapting to varying workflows and unit cultures
- Participate in patient and family education, delivering compassionate support throughout the ICU experience
