An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU expertise. This contract position offers a chance to work in a dynamic ICU setting dedicated to pediatric care in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients
- Maintain patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 in ICU status; 1:3 in stepdown or non-ICU units
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Implement and follow established protocols and standards of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of 2 years pediatric cardiovascular ICU experience
- Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
- Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients effectively
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
