Qualifications & Experience Preferred:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex, life-threatening conditions in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and invasive lines
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and responses in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and ongoing needs
• Respond quickly and efficiently to changes in patient condition
