Job Description

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse specializing in neurocritical care to work in an intensive care and stepdown unit setting. This travel assignment is based in Atlanta, GA, offering the chance to utilize critical skills in a demanding and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a Neuro ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) setting
  • Float between ICU and stepdown units as needed to ensure optimal patient care
  • Manage patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3-4 in stepdown unit
  • Monitor and assess neurological patients with acute and complex needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license with current Nursys verification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in neuro ICU or related specialty
  • Demonstrated strong neuro experience clearly outlined in resume/profile
  • Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
  • Provide a full skills checklist, certification card, and professional references
  • Submit a badge-appropriate photo along with demographic information in profile
