Engage daily with complex patient populations in a dynamic Medical ICU/Trauma ICU and Neuro ICU environment, building a robust set of skills that will elevate your resume and prepare you for future leadership. Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift (1900-0730)
- Choice of 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts (rotating; no blocked schedules)
- Call is rarely required
Qualifications/Experience:
- Current RN licensure with experience in ICU settings
- Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
- Background in Medical ICU, Trauma ICU, and/or Neuro ICU highly preferred
- Strong self-management abilities and adaptability to rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in medical, trauma, and neuro ICUs
- Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and provide optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with high standards of patient safety
