Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible start dates
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care for ICU patients or assigned groups, following established care standards and the nursing process
- Oversee, guide, and delegate tasks to various levels of assigned nursing staff in the ICU
- Communicate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all patient care tasks
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions as necessary
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year of ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications (additional credentials a plus)
- Proficient critical thinking and leadership skills
- Ability to excel with diverse teams and adapt quickly to new environments
