Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year current ICU experience, caring for critically ill, non-surgical patients
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
- Experience with varied ICU protocols and equipment preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
