Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, including patient assessment, ventilator management, and use of advanced life support technology
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring effective coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while prioritizing patient safety and emotional support
Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver intensive nursing care and ongoing monitoring to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, implement individualized care plans, and continually adjust interventions based on changes in patient status
- Respond rapidly to emergent clinical situations and effectively execute life-saving interventions in accordance with best practices and hospital protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Document all observations, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic health record
- Provide support and education to families of critically ill patients, helping them navigate difficult circumstances
